BOOKING DEPOSIT
To secure your appointment we require a card on file or deposit for select services. All payment information is securely stores. Deposits are non-refundable but transferable with proper notice.
CANCELLATION
At Reverie Hair & Co., your appointment time is valuable, and we reserve that time specifically for you. Please note that 24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling or rescheduling any appointment. For cancellations or rescheduling’s less than 24 hours in advance, a 50% service fee will be charged. Additionally, for those who do not show up to an appointment without calling to cancel will be subject to the full cost of the missed appointment. The full amount must be paid before reserving any future appointments. Multiple cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice and no shows will prohibit you from booking future appointments.
PRIVACY AND SAFETY
SALON LIABILITY
At Reverie, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings. For your convenience, smocks and capes are available prior to any service to help protect you and your clothing.
CHILD SAFETY
To ensure the safety of your child and maintain a relaxing environment for all guests, children may not be left unattended in the salon at any time. If you need to bring your child to your appointment, please arrange for an additional caretaker to supervise them. Older children who do not require supervision are welcome to wait in our lobby while you enjoy your visit.
YOUR PRIVACY
At Reverie, we respect and protect your personal information. We will never sell, share, or disclose your details to any third party, except as required by law. All personal and payment information is stored securely without our encrypted front desk system to ensure your data remains safe. By booking an appointment with us, you consent to the collection of necessary information for scheduling, communication, and payment processing.
